Prosper, TX – One of the top-rated and ranked quarterbacks in the class of 2025 in the nation as well as Texas; Kevin Sperry committed to the Oklahoma Sooners late Monday night.

The relationship began dating back to around this time last year with the Sooners when Perry was just a freshman. Sperry visited the Sooners on an unofficial visit where he would begin his relationship with what might have been his dream school in Oklahoma all along.

As soon as the Sooners made their offer on March 9th, Sperry wasted no time five days later making his decision with his family and calling Norman, Oklahoma his new home.

Kevin is in our top 5 quarterbacks in the state from which we recently ranked all of the quarterbacks in his class here in the state and Kevin is without a doubt one of the best, if not the best quarterback recruit in his class not only in Texas but as well as the nation as mentioned before.

Before the commitment, Sherry’s recruiting has heated up and taken off since May of last year Sperry has seen a flood of 21 total division I offers come in from schools like SMU, FSU, Texas A&M, Baylor, Tennessee, and others.

Now committed to the Oklahoma Sooners, the Rock Hill high joins offensive coordinator Jeff Lebby whom Sperry had begun a relationship last summer when Sperry camped with the Sooners. Building that relationship initially, lasted for a while before Sperry would ultimately get offered and then make his commitment.

Sperry will join a wealth of talent at Oklahoma which constantly over the years has produced NFL prospects at the quarterback position. 2023 five-star quarterback Jackson Arnold is there, and the Sooners are also targeting others in the class of 2024 to make a quarterback room full of stars and talent.
