We have put together a list of some of the very best top uncommitted senior recruits in Texas High School football. Here are some names you may know or should know about. Many have flown under-the-radar, but thanks to fans like you we are able to shine a spotlight on some of Texas top senior gunslinger quarterback recruits that are on the rise mid way through this season.

Jackson Gilkey (23) | 6’2 / 200 | QB | Ennis

Gilkey is one of the best top uncommitted senior quarterback recruits that holds 15 total division I offers at the moment. In addition, to last year’s success in making his name known on the field. Gilkey has played very well this season.

Ashton DuBose (23) | 6’2″ / 185 | QB | William J. Brennan

This time last year DuBose was one of the most underrated quarterback recruits in the state. This recruit can do it all at the quarterback position. Makes big time plays with his legs and arm, defitaelty is a pass first mentality and athleticsm impresses throwing or running there football.

JT Fayard (23) | 6’5″ / 195 | QB | Foster

JT has done a terrific job this season leading his trash to many victories. Holds interest from schools like Nebraska, Texas A&M, Texas State, and others. He is one senior recruit who checks off all the boxes, has that next level size, mechanics and big time are. A pocket passer who can dissect defenses. Features a quick release and an arm that can split coverages. FBS caliber prospect who can develop further at the next level.

Bryce Fucik (23) | 6’2 /185 | QB | Strake Jesuit

Fucik has made substanchale improvement this season compaired to last. He works the pocket better, smoother , with better footwork, hanging in the face of pressure and can deliver a strike to an open receiver. Also shows a beautiful spiral throwing the football on the run and can deliver the football deep down the field with his feet set or not. A very athletic quarterback who is off the a terrific senior campaign

Nathan Greek (23) | 6’3 / 250 | QB | Ferris

Greek has that prototypical size and arm you want in a quarterback at the next level. He is 6-foot-3.5 almost 6,4′ 250lbs and can sling the football deep down the field effortlessly and hit recievers in stride. Holds 5 division I offers to schools like Alabama A&M, Southern Miss, and Virgina Tech and is still uncommitted at the moment.

Preston Hatter (23) | 6’1″ / 180 | QB | Westfield

We are big fans of Hatter who is largely under the radar at the moment but has elite skills as a dual-threat quarterback that is still uncommitted that could benefit any program looking to have a quarterback who can puss the football down field and make plays happen with his legs or arm. There are a few aspects of his game that he can clean up mechanics wise, but Hatter is a FBS caliber recruit. Last season Hatter threw for over 1500 yards passing through the air paired with 18 touchdowns for Klien Oak. This season his colors are a bit different with the black and red instead of the yellow, but don’t sleep on Hatter, he is still putting on a show this season for the Westfield Mustangs.

Josh Johnson (23′) | 6-3/185 | QB | Morton Ranch

Josh Johnson has been impressive this season throwing dots to open receivers in the endzone. Johnsons has an elite ability to finding open receivers in tight windows, or in the corner of the end-zone. Johnsons is also a quarterback that can get the job done with his legs or arm and has been impressive this season. Currently holds four division one offers: Air Force, Army, Navy, and Stetson.

Patrick Burke (23) | 6-2 / 180 | QB | Episcopal School of Dallas

Patrick is an eleric quarterback anytime he takes the field He can make a big play at any moments notice with his legs or arm and has been spinning the rock very nicely this season. He has the request height and frame for a next level quarterback and flashes elite speed, and accuracy paired with velocity on all of his throws. Interest from some top programs are being to peak for Burke.

Jacob Vaughan (23′) | 6-2/200 | QB | Argyle

Jacob Vaughan is a name to know. A quarterback who we can only give credit to our fans for chiming in and bringing this player to our attention. Vaughan is an impressive and his Hudl has recieved a lot of traffic and interest this season because of his ability to throw some nice quick strikes down field. Shows some proper mechanics and ability to push the football down field.
