Game Preview

Atascocita has been on fire the season and looks like one of the most well-rounded teams this season. With a star-studded cast, Atascocita has a wealth of division I talented recruits all over the field.

It is one wonder they almost have a perfect record with star-talented players from, quarterback Gavin Sessions who has been phenomenal this season and is one of the top dual-threat quarterbacks in the area. (Photo credit Gavin Sessions, Twitter)

Of course, keeping his jersey clean would be one of the best offensive line recruits in the country still yet to commit in senior offensive tackle Kam Dewberry. Kam has 32 Division I offer at the moment and many experts think that Ohio State and Texas A&M are high on the totem pole for Dewberry.

Session’s favorite target on the season is Tulsa commit Keith Wheeler who is dangerous in catch-in-run scenarios and has proved to be one of the top receivers this season as no surprise. This receiver is highly talented and has elite speed, there is no doubt he will be a threat in this game.

Atascocitaas defensive has been hard to get past for teams this season as they have consistently shut down other offenses this season.

North Shore

North Shore has loaded the team this year and is more particular on the defensive side of the ball and if we are really talking about specifics their defensive backfield is loaded with talent with names like senior defensive back, Caleb Flagg or senior defensive back, Denver Harris and we can’t forget about junior defensive back, Jacoby Davis who have all been lockdown this season.

The Mustangs are led by some very special players like quarterback Wyndell Mitchell jr. on offense,  who has been very consistent this season on offense spreading the ball around.

One wide receiver recruit that stands and will be a factor in this game is junior wide receiver David Amador, who can create separation for himself and is very athletic in his routes. He shows some soft hands and the ability to win some contested passes.

The Conclusion

I would have to say I take Atascocita as the one who is the matchup favorites for me because of their well-rounded team. Their offense is just as good as the defense and they have a dominant squad and have some key pieces at nearly every position. Not to say North Shore won’t put up a fight, they could easily prove me wrong and take the cake in this one. What do you guys think comment below with your picks, who you got? Atascocita or North Shore and why?
