DFW Regional Playoff Offensive Players of the Week

Regionals of Texas High School football brought out some nail bitters and high-scoring games. We give you a look at some of the top recruit performances from the DFW area.

 

Khalon Davis(23) QB, Denton Ryan
Denton Ryan beat Longview 37-33. Junior Khalon Davis was 15-30 passing for 239 yards and three touchdowns.

 

Austin Jordan (22) DB, Denton Ryan
Four-star Texas cornerback commit Austin Jordan caught four passes for 108 yards and two touchdowns.

 

Jalen Hale (22) WR, Longview
Five-star wide-out junior Jalen Hale had six receptions for 136 yards and two touchdowns.

 

Sam Fennegan (22) QB, Melissa
Melissa defeated Stephenville 41-14 and senior quarterback Sam Fennegan lead the way with 13-30 passing for 301 yards, three touchdowns, and an interception. He also added 19 yards and a score on 5 carries.

Tyler Bailey (22) WR, Prosper 
On Saturday, Prosper beat El Paso Eastwood 53-6. Tyler Bailey caught five passes for 142 yards and 2 touchdowns

 

Michael Hawkins (24) QB, Allen
Allen defeated Euless Trinity 59-21. Hawkins was 7-9 passing for 169 yards and a touchdown while adding 71 yards and two scores on 10 carries.

 

Jaylen Jenkins (22) RB, Allen
Jaylen ran for 112 yards and 2 touchdowns on 12 carries.

 

Jordyn Tyson (22) WR, Allen 
Colorado commit Jordyn Tyson had 5 catches for 126 yards and a score.

 

Kaden Anderson (23) QB, Southlake Carroll
Southlake Carroll shut out Lewisville 52-0, a surprising defeat as Lewisville has been excellent all season long but so have the Dragons. Anderson finished 13-20 passing for 130 yards and four touchdowns. A solid game just like he has been having all season long.

Owen Allen (23) RB, Southlake Carroll
Junior running back Owen Allen went off for the Dragon and brought a balanced rushing attack with 128 yards rushing and a touchdown on 29 carries.

 

RJ Maryland (22) TE/WR, Southlake Carroll
Boston College tight end commit RJ Maryland had five receptions for 101 yards and two scores.

 

Jackson Arnold (23) QB, Denton Guyer
Denton Guyer defeated Byron Nelson 43-36. Four-star junior Jackson Arnold was 17-23 passing for 304 yards and two touchdowns. He also ran for 62 yards and two scores on 13 carries.

Jace Wilson (22) WR, Denton Guyer
UTSA commit Jace Wilson caught six passes for 112 yards.

 

Chris Henley(22) RB, DeSoto
DeSoto defeated Spring Westfield 34-17. Henley ran for 136 yards and a touchdown on 23 carries.

 

Johntay Cook II (23) WR, DeSoto
Four-star junior Johntay Cook II caught three passes for 102 yards and two touchdowns.

 

Andrew Paul (22) RB, Parish Episcopal School
Paul ran for 439 yards and six touchdowns on 33 carries.

 

Malachi Medlock (22) RB, Duncanville
Duncanville defeated Spring 42-7. Toledo commit Malachi Medlock ran for 86 yards and a touchdown on 22 carries.

 

Jordan Nabors (22) WR, Rockwall-Heath
Baylor commit Jordan Nabors had four receptions for 97 yards and a touchdown.

 

Kevin Henry-Jennings (22) QB, South Oak Cliff 

South Oak Cliff defeated Aledo 33-28. Missouri State commit Kevin Henry-Jennings was 10-18 passing for 170 yards and two touchdowns. He also ran for 42 yards and a score on seven carries.
