Breaking: Klein Cains WR Matthew Golden De-commits from TCU opens up Recruitment

HOUSTON- Breaking news today as Klein Cains four-star wide receiver Matthew Golden, has de-comitted from TCU and re-opened his recruitment 100 percent.

The de-commitment

The de-commitment comes just a days after head coach Gary Paterson’s exit as head coach. 

Matthew is one of the best and highly rated wide reciever recruits now back on the market. Golden is one of the top senior recruits now with his recruitment 100 percent open. 

Golden had 21 division I offers from schools like Arkansas, SMU, Memphis, and Pitt to name a few.

The star wide receiver announced via twitter to make the announcement saying, “First , I would like to give a huge thanks to the entire TCU coaching staff for giving me an opportunity to be a part of the frog family, –But after carful thoughts and consideration with my family, I have decided to re-open my recruitment. ” (Photo credit, Matthew Golden, Twitter)

The exit of the Gary Paterson will have a huge impact and we are Clery seeing the after affects of the 20 year head coach.

What happen's next for Recruiting classes?

It remains to be seen what will happen to the remaining recruiting classes for TCU, but obviously recruits are rethinking their options.
