Arlington Seguin 22 WR Xavion Brice flips from Oklahoma and commits to Texas Longhorns

Former Oklahoma commit Xavion Brice decommitted from the Sooners today and signed with the Texas Longhorns on the same day. The long time battle of the Red River rivalry between Texas and Oklahoma in the war of recruiting is in full affect.

This all happened with the departed of former Oklahoma Sooners head coach Lincoln Riley; the departure of Riley from the Sooners took everyone by surprise and  shook up the headlines in the world of recruiting with his departure to the USC trojans to fulfill the coaching vacancy there.

Texas Longhorns head coach Coach Sarkisian and staff wasted no time in devising a plan to get in front of the Xavion right after the departer of Lincoln Riley, and set up a in home visited and scheduled a official visit tot he 40 acres on December 10th.

Texas has long been in the hunt for Brice, even before he committed to the Sooners. Xavion is an athlete who can play multiple position on the field, but the Longhorns and staff like him at defensive back and that’s will his talents will likely be utilized at the next level.

Brice shows great ball skills and boost a story athletic frame and athleticism that can be used all ofver the field for the longhorns including special teams.
