TNF: Texas High School Football 1st Week Standouts

Here are some highlights and standout recruits from the first week of Texas High School football under the Thursday night lights.What a way to kick off the season as many teams, top players, and fans showed up for top performances that would lead to an exciting start of the 2024 season.

Maxwell Hendrick, WR, Klein Cain, Class of 2025

Hendrick showed his breakaway and elusive speed last night with a catch that helped Klein Cain take on even more points to their dominant performance last night. 

Cardae Mack, RB, Atascocita, Class of 2026

Nationally rated and recruited running back Cardae Mack put on a click last night with explosive plays helping his team win over Lamar. Cardae has earned 13 division I offers thus far and will continue to rise.

Hunter Rathke, WR, Tomball, Class of 2026

Rathke flashed a burst of acceleration, speed, and agility running routes. Rathke is a prospect for coaches to keep an eye on who could progress and develop further as the season continues.

Tory Blaylock, RB, Atascocita, Class of 2025

The Oklahoma commit dominated last night and flexed his sprinter breakaway speed and agility.

Andrew T. Marsh, WR, Katy Jordan, Class of 2025

Andrew dominated last night as well as his entire team did in their season-opener performance. Marsh looked like he could immediately make an impact with his level of dominance at the high school level, Marsh will have an immediate impact on any program across the country. 

Cayden Keeth, QB, Pieper, Class of 2025

This season, Keeth is set to shine as a dynamic quarterback, showcasing exceptional athleticism, impressive arm strength, and the promise for continued growth and development.
