Here are some of my top 2025 offensive and defensive linemen recruits to know in Texas High School football. Here is an exclusive list for yall to know of some of the top up-and-coming underclassmen recruits to know in the offensive and defensive trenches. Some of these recruits are looking to make their names known and or who have been making a buzz this off-season.
Top Texas High School 2025 Recruits to Know, Offensive Line:
Connor Carty (25′) | 6-4/285 | OL | Prosper
Connor most certainly passes the eye test coming off the bus, however, still has some work to do skill-set-wise. However, has the ability to wash defenders down that offensive line from the guard position. Looks like he has the size and physicality to be a bulldozing type of offensive lineman. He’s got some long arms, a wide-solid base, and looks proficient against the run or pass blocking. No offers yet, but interest from UNT, and Texas Tech.
Colter Alberding (25′) | 6-3/290 | OL | Clear Lake
Colter holds two early offers from Texas State and Colorado State. A multi-sport athlete who competes in track in field. Brother is a tight end for UNT. Does a nice job out of pass pro, and blocks on to defenders pretty well. also shows some athleticism from the tackle position pulling around and or kicking out the edge.
Blessed to have been selected 2nd team all-district in just my sophomore year ???? https://t.co/kIBz64VPdQ

Derrick Eddlemon (25′) | 6-3/250 | OL | La Vernia
North Texas and Princeton have both offered. Brother of Princeton 2023 commit Barrett Eddlemon. A bit of a raw offensive lineman but projects to play in the interior of the offensive line at the next level.
Owen Hollenbeck (25′) | 6-3/310 | IOL | Melissa
In 2021 Owen was named Texas 7-4A-I first-team all-district selection as a freshman. He has a mean steak in him and plays with a physical nature, Can pancake defenders by driving them into the ground or flattening them with a heavy-handed punch. also looks pretty athletic blocking out in space.
Top Texas High School 2025 Recruits to Know, Defensive Line:
Travis Buhake (25′) | 6-2/245 | DL | Mansfield Summit
Travis can bend the edge and get after the quarterback with athleticism and explosiveness at the snap of the ball. Can play off the edge or interior and dominate. Very athletic with tons of strength. will be a recruit with multiple offers, and stars and be highly ranked.

Chace Sims (25′) | 6-2/280 | DL | Randle
Chance has a quick first step off the line of scrimmage and can get after the quarterback or come up with tackles of losses in the backfield. Also very athletic for a big man his size. With more tape, this coming up season. Sims should prove to be a top recruit in his class.
Dilan Battle (25′) | 6-2/315 | DL | Mansfield Timberview
Dilan has some offers from the top programs in the country and for good reason too. Battle will be most certainly one of the top in his class regardless of position, in the nation. With early offers from schools like Arkansas, Miami, Michigan, Texas, and Texas A&M. Dilan can wreck havoc in the interior of the defensive line and stop runs dead in their tracks coming his way. For a big guy over 300 lbs, he moves well and shows sheer strength and power making his way into backfields.
