Rhyder is currently undersized as a LB, however, still has time to grow. Hard hitter, not afraid of contact. Shows good form in tackling ability, reads plays well, and can break fast on ball carriers. Shows patience letting plays develop, then attacking. Downhill runner with good athleticism and speed. Seems to be able to cover sideline to sideline. Good ball skills and reading the QB’s eyes to make a play on the ball and come with INT’s. Good job in pass coverage does well dropping back and covering receivers. Can make plays in the backfield and rack up TFL’s. Also great job of getting after the quarterback and as well as making open-field tackles. Nice job filling his gaps and closing lanes. Rhyder shows the ability to avoid blockers, keeping them at bay versus using his shoulder.
