Football is in full swing this time of year and we keep a close eye on every game and top players who are standing out week after week. Today we bring you the top running backs who performed well in week four of Texas High School football. Some of these recruits are names you may know, and others you should know. Here are last week’s top running back recruits from the DFW area.
Standout Running back Recruits of Week #4
Kayvion Sibley (24′) | 5-10/180 | RB | Allen
Sibley went off on the night for Allen rushing for 211 yards on 17 carries and racking up six total touchdowns on. the night. Holds two offers to Minnesota, and Texas Tech thus far. Sibley has break-neck speed and can exploit holes, or make open field moves, and always fights for more yardage. (photo credit: Allen Eagle Football, Twitter @alleneaglesfb)

Nate Palmer (24′) | 5-11/190 | RB | Decatur
Palmer is one of the top running backs in his class and this season he has been proving it on the ground. On 13 carries Palmer was able to rush for 240 yards and three touchdowns, plus 2 receptions go for 25 yards and a score to cap off a spectacular night. This season Palmer has 648 yards rushing and is averaging about 7 yards per carries. Has earned 25 division I offers from schools like Oregon, and USC to name a few.

Kerian Patrick-Daniels (24′) | 5-11/175 | RB, ATH | Aledo
Daniels is on the rise this season and helped lead Aledo to victory with his tough and electric running style, cutting the field vertically and having the speed to take the football all the way into the endzone.
Trey Joyner (24′)| 5-9/170 | RB | Guyer
Trey rushed 134 yards rushing on 22 carries and ran one in for a score. Holds interest to top schools like Texas, Ole Miss, and others. This year could be a breakout year for Joyner. (photo credit: Shawn McFarland, The Dallas Morning News, @McFarland_Shawn)
We just evaluated Berry and he could very well be a breakout running back this season. Kordell is a long stride runner and a power running back that can plow over people. Last game he helped his team to a victory pounding the ball on the ground with 322 yards rushing and five touchdowns on just 24 carries. Keep your eyes on this recruit this season.
Dennis Moody (23′) | RB | Reedy
Reedy has been heating up this season for reasons like the last game’s performances. On 22 carries Moody rushed for 156 yards, averaging 7.1 yards per carrying and had one touchdown.
A’Marion Peterson (23′) | 6-2/210 | RB | Hirschi
Peterson, the USC senior running back commit, had himself a night rushing for 162 yards and three touchdowns on 16 carries. Peterson is nearly averaging 180 yards rushing per game now and looks like he won’t lose steam this season.
