Quincy is a physical linebacker who shows a high motor, reads plays well, and has a fast break to the ball to stop long yardage gains Quincy would do well to focus on improving his footwork and overall technique relative to the linebacker position, as well as learning how to engage and disengage from blockers properly. This will give him the best chance of making it to the next level.
