Emeka Ugorji, South Oak Cliff - Prep Redzone

Emeka Ugorji | 6-5 / 280 | 2025 | OT | South Oak Cliff

Emeka really impressed us as we completed our rankings for the top 2025 offensive linemen in the state of Texas in the class of 2025. Emeka is a strong and physical blocker and athletic too. He can pull and kick out edges or flatten them and also block at the next level of defenders. Was exceptional for Oak Cliff in 2023 and we expect the same this year. 

Edward Chumley | 5’11, 170 | RB | Anna

Edward “James” Chumley played a crucial role in leading the Anna High School Coyotes to win the state tile game. He was named the Offensive Most Valuable Player (MVP) of the game, thanks to his impressive performance of 102 yards rushing and scoring 3 touchdowns. Throughout the season, Chumley stood out as one of the best backs in the league and is considered a high-caliber recruit, from Football Bowl Subdivision (FBS) to Football Championship Subdivision (FCS) level.

 

Ed Small - Hudl

Ed Small | 6’0, 205 | 2025 | WR | Anderson

Ed is an electric receiver who can pick up a lot of yards after the catch and pick up some tough yardage. He is tough to bring down and is a vertical threat.  It’s no wonder he made our top 2025 wide receiver rankings and holds 9 division I offers to schools like Cal, Baylor, and UTSA to name a few.

 

George Rogers | 5-6, 160 | RB | Anna

Rogers is a talented running back for Anna. He can outmaneuver defenses with his quickness and agility, frequently scoring touchdowns whenever he carries the ball. Rogers played an instrumental role in helping Anna reach the state championship game, ultimately securing the victory.

Jett Lewis | 6-3, 175 | QB | Bridgeland

Jett is a quarterback who has a prototypical size, lengthy athletic frame, and the ability to launch the football deep downfield while hitting receivers in stride. He is ranked among the top players in the 2025 class in Texas and is highly regarded. Lewis has excellent timing with receivers and good mechanics when throwing the football, which allows him to place the ball precisely where his receivers can catch it. He displays elite velocity and accuracy on all his throws, making him a caliber recruit for FBS.

Jesse Vasquez | 6’3 275 | OL | Anna

Jesse proved to be a dominating interior offensive lineman at the next level, opening gaps for running backs in the trenches and helping Jesse was an unstoppable force as an interior lineman, fearlessly opening gaps for his running backs in the trenches. His exceptional performance played a major role in securing his team’s state title victory in 2023.

Johnathan Pompey | 5-7, 175 | RB | Shoemaker

Jonathan is an exceptional running back, showcasing bursts of speed and athleticism while carrying the ball. He displays remarkable vision when running between the tackles and can break runs off to the outside for long gains or touchdowns. He is an elusive runner and a reliable pass-catcher out of the backfield, making him a versatile and valuable asset to any team’s offense. After careful consideration of all aspects, it is clear that Jonathan is an ideal recruit for FCS caliber or lower level.

Cayden Keeth | 6-3, 185 | QB | SA Southside

Cayden is a talented quarterback with ideal size, capable of playing at the highest levels. He excels in short, intermediate, and deep throws, showcasing both velocity and accuracy. Although he needs to improve his timing and decision-making, his footwork, mechanics, and flashes of elite speed make him a valuable quarterback.

Quandre Coates | 6-4 / 230 | 2025 | TE | Anahuac

Coats is a multi-sport athlete who dominates on the basketball court as well as the gridiron at the tight end position. Coats can also play either side of the ball or line up as a wide receiver. A raw player who could develop further at the next level. Holds two offers: UTEP, and ULM.  

Mikey Moshier | 6’2 205 | QB | Silsbee

Mikey is an exceptional quarterback with the potential to play at the FBS to FCS level. He is expected to be one of the top players in his class statewide. Mikey’s size and frame are more than adequate for his position at the next level. He has a lightning-fast release, impeccable timing, and throws with pinpoint accuracy to his receivers. He is particularly adept at throwing the deep ball and can hit receivers downfield from 30-50 yards with ease. Although there is still room for improvement, Mikey delivers catchable passes to his receivers under pressure with ease. He can also roll to either side and hit receivers on the run with remarkable accuracy. His footwork and mechanics are the evidence of a professionally trained quarterback.

Elliott Schaper | Recruiting Profile on Dave Campbell's Texas High School Football

Elliott Schaper | 6-2/200 | 2025 | LB | Westlake

A hard-hitting outside linebacker as well as fast and athletic with a lengthy frame with ample room to add more mass to his frame Westlake has in Schaper. His film will impress as he can fly all over the field, and explode into backfields for TFLS. Holds six division I offers and is definitely one recruit for coaches to know to get onto campus. 

Marshall Tucker | 6’3 235 | Edge | Legacy Christian Academy

Marshall is an exceptional athlete who can play multiple positions on the field with ease. Whether it is on the interior of the defensive line, as a defensive end on the edge, or even as a linebacker, he can excel in any role. With his exceptional athleticism, we have no doubt that he could even make a significant impact as a tight end at the next level. Marshall’s size, explosion, speed, and agility make him a dominating force, and we are confident that he will continue to progress and achieve great things in 2024.

Corey Walls | 6-2 / 260 | 2025 | DL | Sachse

Corey is an explosive defensive tackle who can wreak havoc in opponents back yards and rack up TFL’s easily. He has great size for an interior defensive linemen, and is fast, athletic, and shows great strength making his way into backfields. 

Noah Grier | 5’11” 205 | LB | Liberty Christian

Grier is an outstanding football player who possesses remarkable speed and agility, making him a force to be reckoned with on the field. With his natural instinct for finding the football and his ability to stop runs for a loss of yards, Grier is a game-changer. He has a lean, athletic frame with well-built muscle mass, and there’s no doubt that he will continue to improve during the offseason. It’s clear that Grier is destined to become a top-tier recruit at either the FBS or FCS level by 2024. He’s a true standout in the world of football, and his talent is undeniable.

 

 

Erion Wilkins | 6-2,170| DB, ATH | Atascocita

Erion is the next great defensive back for Atascocita, known for his versatility and lockdown ability. He has proven himself by holding his own and dominating against the tough 6A division competition that Texas High School football has to offer. Erion didn’t just make it by the skin of his teeth, he made big plays such as having plenty of pass breakups (PBU’s) and interceptions (INTs). It’s only a matter of time before he becomes a highly sought-after recruit with plenty of stars and offers next to his name.

Christopher Macias | 5’10 230 | DL | Alvin

Christopher had an impressive 2023 season, catching the attention of many programs. Playing in the interior defensive trenches, Macias has a talent for making tackles for loss and can easily reach the backfield for sacks or quarterback pressures.
