Evals and Analysis

Cordale Russell, North Mesquite

They say speed kills and Cordale Russell has plenty of it. The four-star receiver can stop on a dime and gas people the middle of the field. His cut-back ability and awareness of the field is second to none. He finds the endzone with ease because of his speed and agility.  The vertical ability Cordale has to catch the football at its highest point combined with his speed and hands makes him a match-up nightmare. In 2020 was named district 11-6A Newcomer of the Year and holds twelve Divisions I offers to schools like Arkansas, Oregon State, and Pitt to name a few

Jonah Wilson, Dekaney

Dekaney’s four-star receivers Jonah Wilson is a big-time playmaker and RedZone threat. At 6’3” Wilson shows impressive speed and agility to get over the top of defenders quickly and has the speed of an Olympic sprinter. Recruitment is just taking off and will be one to watch this season make some big-time plays. Offers include Texas A&M, Arkansas, Pitt, the University of Houston, and LSU to name a few.

Chris Palfreeman, All Saints Episcopal

Just get the ball in this guy’s hands and let him do the rest. Palfreeman has the ability to take the ball in for six any time he touches it. Reminds me of a Tavon Austin type of receiver. Shows amazing speed, soft hands make him great. Very versatile as a player that can take handoffs and or catch passes effectively. Look for this one to be lighting up scoreboards near you this season. Holds two in-state offers to both Texas and Texas A&M, as well as others. It should be interesting to see the battle between both the Longhorns and the Aggies for this workhorse star receiver.

Montrell Hatten, Carthage

Get the popcorn ready when you watch this receiver play. He can run a full route tree and cut the field up with his route running. You can literally see pieces of the turf fly up when Montrell comes in and out of his routes. Hatten has no problems creating plenty of separation between himself and defenders with his impressive route running and directional speed.

Montrell Wade, Tyler

Montrell can take a pass from behind the line of scrimmage and turn on the jets to take the ball into the endzone. He’s a strong physical runner who may very well be one of the fastest receivers on this list. Ladies and gentlemen, this is one receiver who could have a breakout season this year. Watch out for this one. Most definitely an FBS prospect and division I athlete.

Keanton Kubecka, Westlake

Former state champ and one of the most favorite targets for one of the best Quarterbacks in the 2022 class in Clemson commit Kade Klubnik. Keaton can ballerina himself and tiptoe six points in the endzone by showing off his tremendous awareness of the field and excellent catching ability. Undoubtedly FBS division I talent will have a high ceiling in college and possibly beyond. One of my favorite receivers on this list that checks off all of the boxes as a receiver and one that can stop on a dime and run terrific routes.

AJ Jayroe, Reedy

At 6’4” one-hundred eight-five pounds Aj, has the height and size advantage over most. This receiver can get off the LOS in a hurry with quick feet and also find his way into the endzone very easily. Aj shows the ability to make people miss in the open field. one to keep your eye on this season that can make some big plays. Holds offers to Illinois State, Oregon State. And Pittsburgh.
