North Shore has faced Duncanville in the 6A State Championship Game, Six times over the past Seven years. Last year, they faced the Panthers at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, TX, and fell in the championship game 33-49. This year was seemingly on similar paths, as North Shore was 7-0 coming into this game. Atascocita is also well known for success, winning over Eleven games in Five of their past Six seasons. Especially this season, where the Eagles handed many teams their first loss of the season this year, from Summer Creek(42-39), to Westlake (39-21), and Katy(41-24). This team is led by their QB in Cardae Mack, who displayed high versatility with the ball against North Shore.

Post-game:

North Shore would end up victorious over Atascocita 27-23, with Twelve seconds left, Kaleb Bailey threw a TD to the endzone giving them the lead, and giving Atatscocita the ball back with Six Seconds remaining. Both teams displayed they could fight to the very end, and many huge plays gave North Shore the upper-hand. North Shore is now 8-0, currently undefeated and facing Summer Creek in Two weeks, anything is possible for this Offense.

Atascocita played an incredibly valiant game, however would not end up victorious. Though they were defeated, their remaining games on schedule are Channelview, who is currently 1-7 Overall, 1-4 in District on November 1st, and The Goose Creek Pirates who are 0-8 Overall, 0-5 in District.
