This camp season has been full of surprises and we are only in the first week of action. Well, not many had more guys get attention than my good friend Coach Grant of the team Texas Fury 7-on-7. Coach Grant does a very good job coaching up the athletes and preparing them for the future.
Congrats ?@MabreyMettauer for all the hard work, dedication and trusting the process!! Fury Boyz is a movement ???@LSUfootball offer is big!!@MasonSmith_LSU @Coach_EdOrgeron @LSUCoachRaymond @Fury7v7 |@COACHGRANT6 pic.twitter.com/l2YK5UzNGd

There were a lot of impressive teams and talent this past 7-on-7 season. It started at the Quarterback position for team Texas Fury with QB Mabrey Mattauer from the Woodlands. This class of 2024 star Quarterback will easily be one of the best in his class in the state but also in the entire nation. Mabrey will be one of those guys who has a bunch of stars by his name and 30-40 plus division I offers.
I tried to tell y’all at the beginning of the year QB @MabreyMettauer was a name to know! Now he holds offers from #LSU, #georgiatech , #ULM & #KState. @COACHGRANT6 @Fury7v7 @PrepRedzoneTX @TDRecruits https://t.co/B1KcaRT402

If you haven’t heard of the name you should probably get used to hearing it. He will be in the national spotlight here very soon and especially after his most recent offer from LSU. He was most recently offered by the University of Louisiana Monroe before the Tigers offered. Mabrey has a few more camps left this summer and it should be very interesting to see how many more offers he can rack up after coaches get their eyes on him,
Blessed to receive an offer from LSU today by coach Peetz and @Coach_EdOrgeron ? ? #shockdoctor #furyboyz#GoTigers @SeanUnfiltered @COACHGRANT6 @IronWillSC @Fury7v7 @ColschenDavid @ConradLevy2 @WoodlandsStuCtr @WOLsports @Mckade64 @rivalsmike @Perroni247 @LSUfootball pic.twitter.com/c8rkgxbwkn

Another note worth candidate to be mentioned on here is Centennial High School (CA) DB Aaron Williams. This prospect is arguably one of California’s best corners in the class of 2023. He holds 12 Division I offers and had a good visit at LSU. Aaron is a tall and rangy defensive back who is very physical, can cover well and brings the wood when tackling ball carriers.
@AaronnnnW will be a All American and a future 1st rounder! Holds offers from: Georgia, USC, Oregon, ASU, Colorado, Arizona, Kansas,BYU, UNLV,Oregon State, Cal, Utah, Arkansas,Texas Southern,ULM, Washington state,UIW, and Georgia Tech.@Fury7v7 | @FuryScouting @Coach_EdOrgeron pic.twitter.com/FnNbAE9MN7

These campus visits hold a lot of weight for athletes that visit. It gives them a chance to showcase their skills and go out and do their thing in front of coaches. Many more offers to come for the Fury boys and as well as other 7-on-7 teams out there.
If you have any athletes that are heating up with offers this June, let us know about them on our Twitter @TDRecruits and or @LoboRecruits. You may also send us an email [email protected] if you have an athlete you liked to recommend to be showcased on our website.
