HS Pre-season Preview: 2025 Top OL’s Watchlist

By:

The guys in the trenches in the class of 2025 are a talented bunch. Texas has some of the best talents that have developed very early on to be virtually would some would call “next-level ready”. Now, these top prospects who made our list have a long way to go to be that “next level ready” but the intangibles are surely there, and their skills and game will only continue to improve as time goes on.

So without further ado, here are some of the best offensive linemen recruits that made our watch list.

Top 5

Joshua Moses (25) | 6-4 / 320 IOL | Legacy the School of Sport Sciences

Moses is a big boy with a wide frame and solid base. Joshua appears to look light on his feet and within his pass protection footwork. Looks to have a mean streak in him and is a very physical blocker. The strength of these guys’ punches is phenomenal, he can send guys flying with a good heavy-handed punch and then go at them again once they’re on the ground to finish the block. Moses has earned scholarship offers from schools like Colorado, Penn State, and UTSA to add to his total offers. (5)

Dramodd Odoms (25) | 6-4 / 285 OT | Lamar

Odoms has earned 5 total division I offers thus far in his career and all of them from schools here in Texas like Houston, SMU TCU, and UTSA. With some good spring films this season, interest in Odom has begun to take off and will continue into this season. Look for Odoms to be special for Lamar and be one of the tops in his class for years to come.

Owen Hollenbeck (25) | 6-3 / 295 IOL | Melissa

Owen is a bulldozer on that offensive line and one who shows excellent technique quite run blocking keeping a low and wide solid base and driving guys into the dirt. In pass protection Owen looks smooth and once latched onto a defender, he’s not let go. Plays tackle right now, and if he does not continue to grow, Hollenbeck’s projects to be one of the top interior OL recruits in the nation.

Jaylan Beckley (25) | 6-5 / 285 OT | Trinity Christian Academy

Jaylan is a big-framed offensive tackle who has been turning heads this offseason. With his lengthy athletic frame and long arms, Beckley could easily be one of the top offensive tackles in his class. More film this season could prove Beckley to be one of the nation’s best blindside blockers to know in the class of 2025.

Will Ogle (25) | 6-3 / 260 IOL | Highland Park

Ogle holds one early offer from Florida State University. Ogle looks light and athletic on his feet, showing he can pull around and kick out the edge or next level. Also impressively Ogle can wash defenders down that offensive line and shows a high motor doing so. Look for Ogle to be a highly rated and recruited interior offensive lineman who will undoubtedly be a 4-5 star player with many Division I offers from around the country.
