Pines is a 6-foot-5 inch , three hundred and fourty pound offensive linemen that can absolute move the pile, but Pines is no stranger to the portal. Originally at Baylor, Pines committed back in 2017 and then transfer to Sam Houston State after playing all 14 games for the Bears during the 2019 season and helped Baylor to the Sugar Bowl and the Big 12 championship game. Now he is taking his talents to Oklahoma to help out the offensive line.
Identically, the Cowboys hit the portal two more times before picking up a commitment from Pines in 6-foot-4inch , two-hundred-ninety-pound Vanderbilt transfer OL Jason Brooks, and USC transfer OL Casey Collier
The Cowboys add plenty of size and beef up that offensive line even further with Collier who is a massive and is the second largest man on the roster.
Collier is a bug framed Offensive linemen at 6-foot-7inches and three- hundred-pounds. Originally from Barbers Hill high school (Tx.) Collier was a three star recruit apart of the 2020 class and original committed to USC back in 2019. Surprisingly to note,Oklahoma State was not apart of the original 17 division I offers for Collier.
Also worthy of noting, in addition to a well balanced rushing and passing attack. Oklahoma state was first in the Big 12 in overall record, however, they lost one of there leading rushers to graduation in running back Jaylen Warren, who is now a NFL draft prospect.
Oklahoma state has a wealth of young talented running backs ready to take over the reins and hit the ground running behind a newly renovated and offensive linemen group.
