The top ten quarterbacks in Texas High School football can be found here. Yesterday we covered the top five class of 2026 Texas Football quarterbacks.

Today I will go through and evaluate the remaining quarterbacks who currently rank in the top ten in the Lone Star State. The up-in-coming seniors of next season stand out and can undoubtedly raise up among our rankings.

We will be ranking the top class of 2026 Texas High School Football quarterbacks and other positions here soon starting in April. For now, lets re-visit the top gunslingers that we have on our list thus far.

Top 2026 Quarterbacks (6-10)

6. Bowe Bentley, QB, Celina, 6-2 / 200

Bowe had a breakout season last year and helped lead his team to a state title victory. Hes earned the national spotlight as one of the top quarterback recruits of the class of 2026 in the country.

Bowe possesses exceptional athleticism, a talented arm, and the knack for finding the end zone with ease. He could easily surpass many of the quarterbacks on our list when we re-rank this spring. His ability to deliver accurate throws, whether to open receivers in the middle of the field or deep downfield, is unmatched.

With thirty Division I offers at the moment, it’s no wonder why so many of the top college football programs are interested in landing a commitment from this young quarterback. For context on the astronomical growth of Bowe’s recruiting, he has had. The last time we did our rankings, he only held nine Division I offers, respectively.

7. Noah Schuback, QB, Melissa, 6-1 / 190

Noah features a quick release of the football and excellent timing with his receivers. He can pick apart defenses from the pocket and in a hurry too. Doesnt have the impressive size some of the quarterbacks on the list do or at the next level for that matter, but its the arm talent and ability that sets Schuback apart from some of the others in his class.

With nine total division I offers to schools like Ole Miss, Purdue, and Virginia Tech to name a few. Noah could rise his recruiting stock this season in 2025.

8. Rees Wise, QB, Westlake, 6-2 / 210

Westlake has become a hotspot for developing talented quarterbacks in recent years. Notable players include current Clemson quarterback Cade Klubnik, who has been making great strides for the Tigers, and Wise, who is now leading the charge for the Chaparrals. Rees had an impressive season in 2024, and his success will likely continue this year.

As a sophomore in 2023, Rees earned the District 26-6A Newcomer of the Year award and led his team to a remarkable 14-1 record as State Semifinalists. In 2024, he was recognized as a 1st Team All-District player in District 26-6A, again reached the State Finals, and was named a 1st Team All-State quarterback. Rees footwork and throwing mechanics is second to none.

Reese is tough and courageous in the pocket, can hang in and deliver some tough throws in the face of pressure. Excited to see him further dominate this season. Currently holds eleven division I offers to schools like Ole Miss, Houston, and Nebraska to name a few.

10. Corey Dailey, QB, Seguin, 6-6 / 180

Last but certainly not least, Corey checks off all the boxes as a Division I quarterback, both in person and on tape. He holds seven Division I offers and accumulated over 2,500 passing yards last season. As a multi-sport athlete, he excels in both basketball and football. Corey’s athletic ability shines on the gridiron and the hardwood. He is a dual-threat quarterback who can avoid pressure while keeping his eyes downfield to find open receivers. With further development, Corey has the potential to become a star for many programs at the Division I level.
